Lita Rossana Ford was born in Britain she is now a British American guitarist, vocalist and songwriter. Lita Ford played as The lead guitarist in The All-Girl Hard Rock Group, The Runaways. The band failed to achieve major success in the United States but earned huge recognition in other countries, particularly Japan. Ford began a metal solo career when the band broke up in 1979. She started taking voice classes shortly after releasing her debut album 'Dancin' at the Edge'. Ford disappeared from the scene for a few months after the albums failed to gain much popularity. Her acclaimed album, "Lita" which came out in 1988 saw her come back with a bang. The single "Kiss Me Deadly" and the ballad "Close My Eyes Forever" were big hits. Unfortunately, the success that she had achieved was not long-lasting, and for many years she was not in the world of entertainment. Her 'Black" album came out in 1995 and her 'Wicked Wonderland" released almost fifteen years later. The album "Time Capsule" was released in the year 2016 by her.
