Dina Meyer is a New York native who was brought up within Forest Hills Queens. She made the move into Dix Hills Long Island just after she completed her junior high. She is the younger sister of Gregory, and has an older brother called Evan. When she was nine until 16, she began being involved in the business of entertainment by modeling. Ron Stetson trained her in the techniques used by Sanford Meisner at The Neighborhood Playhouse. This took about three years. Sandra Bullock received similar training as did Michael Douglas and Jeff Goldblum. Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton are among those actors who've received this type of training. Her first acting role came from Beverly Hills 90210. This meant she had to move out in Los Angeles. The role was as the lead lady on Johnny Mnemonic in which she did almost every stunt by herself. She also established herself as a skilled actress. Through her agent who also represents Matt LeBlanc she scored a role as a guest star on Friends.
